Dotun's research focuses on tha application and impact of new and emerging technologies for creating value in business-to-business relationships. Specific areas of interest include customer relationship management and supply chain interface management. Hossam's research involves the development and implementation of tools that can assist in improving the strategic and operational performance of small firms. Recent research also includes the development of tools for optimising and future proofing the supply chain.
