Overview THE AGILITY STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK The Agility Strategic Framework was developed in our Centre specifically with the needs of the small business in mind. The framework enables a customisable route to agility to be developed based on your current capabilities. First, threats and opportunities to your business are identified and assessed, followed by a structured analysis of your weaknesses and strengths. The data are then analysed and classified so that we can gauge more precisely their impacts on your business. Using this stock of knowledge, we then prioritise, develop and implement improvement strategies that are uniquely tailored to your industry operating environment.
